The Music Icon Plays a Dark Alter Ego of Her Own Identity in Mockumentary First Look

The Grammy-winning artist is preparing for a major big screen appearance in 2026, starting with the satirical film titled The Moment.

Within the project, the artist portrays what she calls as a dark version of her own persona.

It’s the realest depiction of the entertainment world that I’ve ever encountered, the performer commented.

She clarified in a conversation: It’s not a tour documentary, yet the concept came from the demand to make one.

A Glimpse into The Film

The debut trailer, unveiled on this week, mixes actual recordings from her live performances with fictionalized behind-the-scenes moments.

The mockumentary is helmed and co-scripted by Aidan Zamiri, who explained that the plot centers on a scenario where Charli made entirely different choices throughout the marketing of her chart-topping release Brat.
